Another Update to Bree-land
There has been yet another update to the Bree-land module. This was to fix a critical problem with feats which would have caused problems. As a result some characters may no longer work, if you are having problems then get in touch with House of the Pillar and they will recreate your character. Please note that you will need to get the an_override hak pak, as it has been updated.
Numerous Documents Added
Lots and lots of documents have been added to the Members’ Area. The information in them details Ardan Nights’ policy on such issues, as Game Balance, Character Death, Standards in Play, the Scale used for the persistant worlds as well as other interesting and important ideas.
ANPHB Added
What’s finished or rather written for the ANPHB has been added to the website. You can read it in the Docs section of the Members’ Area.
Bree-land Updated Again
Drakkar has fixed some bugs that were causing some major problems. Flying trees and the like…. In any case you will need to get the an_override hak pak again if you got it last night.
Bree-land and Server Updated
The Bree-land module has been updated, you will need to get the latest an_override hak pak, but that is all. The server has also been updated to v1.31 so you will need to update your own NWNs and you will also need to create your dialog.tlk files again for Ardan Nights. (Don’t forget to restore your backup copy of the dialog.tlk file before updating NWN, otherwise it won’t be updated properly).
Bree-land Playtesting This Weekend
There will be two “organised” playtesting sessions this Saturday. The first one will be held at the relatively European friendly time of 11pm GMT and the second one at the American friendly time of 11pm EST. For those of you who don’t have a character on the server, now would be a good time to apply for one. Hope to see lets of people there.
Character Application Added
The character application is now on the site and should be working properly. The character application is used to create characters for the Ardan Nights servervault. The details are passed on to the Guards who create the characters and email the player when it is ready. It is accessible from the Bree-land page in the Members’ Area.
